Both Bagh Tola camps share a landscape and a love of the wild. The choice is how you would like to come home to it.
Start with the space you enjoy
Base Camp has six furnished, air-conditioned tents. Its appeal is the intimacy of a small camp: comfortable rooms, shared spaces and the easy sociability of a dining and lounge tent. It suits a stay where time in the forest and conversations back at camp are the centre of the day.
Founders Camp has four elevated tented suites. At approximately 1,000 square feet each, they offer more room to settle in, with a bedroom, living area and private deck. The difference is most apparent during the hours between safaris, when the room becomes a place to spend time, rather than simply return to.
Think about your afternoons
If you picture a book in the shared lounge or an hour at the Machan, Base Camp offers an inviting setting. If your ideal pause includes a swim, a long bath and time on your own deck, Founders Camp is the more natural fit. Its heated pool is shared by the four suites’ guests.
Consider the way you travel
Founders suites include a pullout sofa and separate powder room, which may be helpful for a family. That does not mean every group can share a suite: send the team the number of adults and children, with their ages, so occupancy and bedding can be confirmed.
For friends or a larger group, ask about the available rooms in both camps for your dates. The team can help you think through where to stay and how to gather for meals.
Let the details follow your preference
